Enva acquires All-Brite

Enva, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions in UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce that it has acquired All-Brite NI Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

All-Brite are a long-established provider of drainage & environmental services offering a comprehensive range of drainage solutions, including CCTV surveys, jetting, 24/7 emergency response, pipe & drain testing and pipeline relining and repairs to a wide range of sectors in Northern Ireland.

All-Brite’s service offering is a perfect fit with our existing business in Northern Ireland. All-Brite brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge, which will help expand our overall service offering to new and existing clients. We are delighted with the acquisition and look forward to working with the All-Brite team to grow and develop the business further.
